David M. Foulkes

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

David M. Foulkes joined Brunswick Corporation in 2007.  In 2019, Mr. Foulkes was appointed Chief Executive Officer and in March 2025, Chairman of Brunswick Board of Directors.

Prior to the Chief Executive Officer role, Mr. Foulkes served as President – Brunswick Marine Consumer Solutions, as well as Brunswick’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

In his role as Brunswick’s CTO, Mr. Foulkes oversaw the launch of NAUTIC-ON and Brunswick’s i- JET Innovation Lab at the University of Illinois. He also championed the effort to form Brunswick’s joint-venture with TechNexus to develop a portfolio of investments in start-up companies, and a separate effort to introduce a new Design Thinking initiative to the company.

Beginning employment with Brunswick, Mr. Foulkes was head of product development at Mercury Marine, during which time he led the development of Mercury’s line-up of market-leading outboard engines, including the recently introduced V-6 and V-8 outboard engines and advanced vessel controls, as well as the new MerCruiser gasoline and diesel inboard/sterndrive engines.

Mr. Foulkes had responsibility for Mercury Racing and worked closely with the Mercury Racing leadership to significantly grow the business and introduce and unprecedented range of new high-performance Racing outboard and sterndrive products.

In his role as Brunswick’s CTO, Mr. Foulkes oversaw the launch of NAUTIC-ON and Brunswick’s i- JET Innovation Lab at the University of Illinois. He also championed the effort to form Brunswick’s joint-venture with TechNexus to develop a portfolio of investments in start-up companies, and a separate effort to introduce a new Design Thinking initiative to the Company.

Previously, Mr. Foulkes spent 18 years with Ford Motor Company in a series of assignments of progressing responsibilities. He also worked with Shell Exploration and the Ministry of Defense, both in the United Kingdom. Mr. Foulkes has a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and a master’s degree in structural and fluid mechanics from Imperial College in London.

Mr. Foulkes serves as a trustee for Shedd Aquarium and is a Director on the Board of Vontier.

Ryan M. Gwillim joined Brunswick Corporation in 2011 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Officer.

During his tenure at Brunswick, Mr. Gwillim held roles as Vice President – Finance and Treasurer and Vice President – Investor Relations; Assistant General Counsel – Corporate and Securities, where he was responsible for the company’s SEC compliance and financial reporting processes. Mr. Gwillim was named General Counsel – International in 2015.

Before joining Brunswick, Mr. Gwillim was with Baker & McKenzie in Chicago as an associate in their corporate and securities practice group.

Mr. Gwillim, who is also a certified public accountant, attended the University of Illinois, where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting as well as his law degree.

Mr. Gwillim serves as a Director of Manitowac Corporation.

Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer

Lauren E. Beckstedt was named Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer in September 2021, overseeing marketing efforts across the Company’s portfolio of global brands.

Ms. Beckstedt is most notably recognized for her leadership in digital transformation across a portfolio of 50+ brands, with experience in B2B, B2C and dual-distribution models. Ms. Beckstedt also transformed the Company’s marketing operating model and organizational structure to deliver stronger brand discipline and establish new capabilities in consumer insights, digital product management and marketing analytics.

Ms. Beckstedt joined Brunswick in 2010 through the former Brunswick division Life Fitness, where she served in several roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Marketing and Strategy. Ms. Beckstedt later held internal roles within the Company’s talent management and employment brand functions before moving into Chief Marketing Officer roles across Brunswick’s consumer brands and enterprise services.

Ms. Beckstedt holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2021, Ms. Beckstedt was recognized by Boating Industry Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40” award recipient and also earned the publication’s Women Making Waves award.

Senior Vice President and President, Business Acceleration

Will A. Sangster serves as Senior Vice President and President of Brunswick’s Business Acceleration division, where he is responsible for driving the continued growth of the company’s exciting portfolio of businesses.

Mr. Sangster was previously President of Mercury Marine in the EMEA region, a position he held since October 2021. His extensive operational and international experience, gained over 14 years in a variety of global leadership roles at Brunswick, positions him to lead the international expansion and operational optimization of Freedom Boat Club and other key ventures within the division.

Prior to his role in EMEA, Mr. Sangster headed Mercury Marine’s APAC (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific) region, where he honed his leadership and strategic planning skills across diverse markets. His expertise will be instrumental as Business Acceleration continues to expand its global presence.

Mr. Sangster holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Deakin University.

Áine L. Denari joined Brunswick Corporation in 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President and President of Navico Group and Chief Technology Officer for Brunswick Corporation, a position she has held since August 2024.

Ms. Denari leads the next phase of evolution of the Navico Group and is responsible for Brunswick’s technology strategy and advanced development activities, including maintaining her leadership of autonomy programs and assuming responsibility for the Boating Intelligence DesignLab at the University of Illinois.

Ms. Denari was previously President, Brunswick Boat Group. During her tenure, Boat Group achieved exceptionally strong operational and financial performance and successfully navigated very dynamic market conditions.

Ms. Denari joined Brunswick after spending 20 years in a variety of executive positions within the automotive industry, and in leadership positions at major global consulting firms. From 2014 to 2020, Ms. Denari worked at ZF AG in a variety of roles, including as SVP leading the ADAS (advanced driver assist systems) business, a $1B+ segment within Global Electronics.

Ms. Denari has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. In addition, Ms. Denari has a bachelor’s degree from University College in Dublin, Ireland.

Ms. Denari serves as a Non-Executive Board Director of Masco Corporation, NMMA Executive Board. Ms. Denari previously served as a member of a technical advisory committee for Gentherm.

Brenna D. Preisser joined Brunswick Corporation in 2004 and serves as Executive Vice President, President Brunswick Boat Group, responsible for Brunswick’s portfolio of 18 leading boat brands, a position she has held since August 2024.

Ms. Preisser previously led a portfolio of businesses including Freedom Boat Club – the largest boat club operation and subscription business in the industry; financial services; and new ventures such as Boateka, a direct-to-consumer pre-owned boat business and a marine service business which includes a portfolio of marinas, dealerships and boater amenities in the southeast U.S.

Ms. Preisser has been instrumental in reforming company culture and leading business transformation. As Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2016 through 2021, Ms. Preisser played a role in establishing Brunswick as a Forbes best place to work company.

Ms. Preisser has been recognized by the National Association of Manufacturers as a STEP Award honoree and with Boating Industry’s Women Making Waves award.

Ms. Preisser has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a professional certificate in executive finance from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
