How Do I Apply?

Step 1:
Create Your Account
If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to create your candidate page by selecting “Sign In”. Time saving tip: Bookmark and use your direct candidate page each time you visit to apply to any jobs to avoid delays due to duplication of records.
Step 2:
Upload Your Resume
After you create your candidate page, you may either choose to upload your resume or manually type in your work history and qualifications as you go. Time saving tip: uploading your resume will take you quickly through the application process in about 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Submit Your Application
Once you identify the role you’re interested in, complete an application using your candidate page. To remain compliant, Brunswick is unable to accept unsolicited resumes. Job seekers must apply through our Careers site via Workday.
We diligently review applications to find candidates with the background and experiences that will make them successful in a career with Brunswick. As soon as we’ve identified candidates who will be moving on in the process, you’ll receive a notification from our Global Talent Acquisition team. While we strive to provide feedback within 10 business days, we appreciate your patience, as roles may receive a high number of applications that need to be thoughtfully reviewed.
