LAKE FOREST, Ill., May 31, 2016 - Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer Mark D. Schwabero and Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer William L. Metzger will attend upcoming investor conferences.

Schwabero will present at the RBC Capital Markets Consumer and Retail
Conference, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston on June 1.  The presentation
