Brunswick Corporation : Brunswick Bowling & Billiards Finalizes Purchase of eSkape Entertainment Center - Will Reopen as Brunswick's this Fall

LAKE FOREST, Ill., May 31, 2013 - Brunswick Bowling & Billiards, an industry
leader in the bowling and family entertainment segment, announced today that a
transaction has been finalized to purchase eSkape Entertainment Center, located
at 350 McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove, Ill.

Brunswick plans to close the doors to the public effective today, as the
facility will undergo an extensive remodel and is expected to reopen in fall
2013 as Brunswick's, an upscale bowling and entertainment center. The new social
and contemporary atmosphere will include comfortable seating and laneside food
and beverage service from a new in-house restaurant.

Bill Feldgreber, current managing partner for eSkape, has been named Brunswick's
director of sales for the Illinois market. Hiring for the new facility in
Buffalo Grove will take place in late summer.
