Andrew E. Graves
President - Brunswick Boat Group

Andrew E. Graves is President – Brunswick Boat Group, a position he assumed in October 2009. He is responsible for brands in the Sea Ray Group, US Marine and Outdoor Boats. These include Sea Ray, Meridian, Bayliner, Maxum and Trophy as well as Boston Whaler, Brunswick Commercial and Government Products, Crestliner, Harris, Kayot, Lowe, Lund, Princecraft and Triton brands.

Most recently, Mr. Graves had served as President – US Marine and Outboard Boats for Brunswick since 2008.  He joined Brunswick in 2005, originally as President - Boat Group’s Freshwater Group. 

Before coming to Brunswick, Graves was President of the Dresser Flow Solutions business of Dresser, Inc., a leading maker of valves and control solutions for the oil and gas industry. From 2001 to 2003, he was president and chief operating officer for Federal Signal Corporation. Prior to 2001, Graves held positions of increasing responsibility with CNH Global, N.V., FMC Corporation and U.S. Steel. 

Graves has a bachelor’s of science degree in metallurgical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Chicago.
