William L. Metzger
Vice President and Treasurer

William L. Metzger has been Vice President and Treasurer of the Company since May 2001.

Mr. Metzger joined Brunswick in 1987 as Manager of Special Projects in the Accounting Department. In 1991, he was assigned to Brunswick’s internal audit staff as a Manager, and in 1996 was named Director - Corporate Accounting. In 2000, Mr. Metzger was named Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance.

Mr. Metzger has a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
