Kristin M. Coleman
Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Kristin M. Coleman was named Brunswick Corporation’s Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2009. Directly prior to this appointment, Ms. Coleman was Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. She previously had been with Brunswick from 2003 – 2008. During that time, Coleman served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including deputy general counsel for Brunswick Corporation, as well as vice president and general counsel for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards. Prior to joining Brunswick, Coleman was an attorney with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood in Chicago. Coleman holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University, Durham, N.C., and a juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor.
