B. Russell Lockridge
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

B. Russell (Russ) Lockridge is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Brunswick Corporation, a position he has held since July 1999.

Immediately prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. Lockridge was Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Chicago-based IMC Global Corporation from 1996 to 1999. His previous experience includes a 22-year career at FMC Corporation. He served as Corporate Director, Executive Compensation and Development from 1992-1996; Director Human Resources of the Chemical Products Group from 1990-1992; Director Human Resources of the Agricultural Chemicals Group from 1986-1990. He held several other human resources roles at both the division and the plant levels from 1974-1986.

Mr. Lockridge received a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
