Jane L. Warner recently retired from Illinois Tool Works Inc. as its Executive Vice President - Decorative Surfaces and Finishing Systems, having served in that capacity from 2007 through her 2013 retirement. She joined Illinois Tool Works Inc. in 2005 as Group President of its Global Finishing Systems business.

Prior to ITW, Ms. Warner had served as President of Plexus Systems and as a Vice President with Electronic Data Systems. She also was an Executive Vice President with Textron Automotive and began her career in 1973 with General Motors, serving 20 years in progressive levels of responsibility both in human resources and manufacturing.

Ms. Warner holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and both MA and BA degrees from Michigan State University.

Ms. Warner currently serves on the board of directors for Tenneco Inc. and Regal Beloit Corporation, is a member of the National Association of Corporate Director’s Nominating and Governance Committee Chair Advisory Council and a trustee for Chicago’s John G. Shedd Aquarium.
