Code of Ethics (Making the Right Choice)
In 2000, Brunswick adopted a code of ethics for all employees. The code of ethics was updated and titled the Brunswick Code of Conduct in 2013. It has been widely distributed and is strictly enforced. The Brunswick Code of Conduct is designed to provide our more than 15,000 employees with guidance regarding acting with integrity in the workplace and conducting business in an ethical manner.
Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers and Managers
In 2003, Brunswick adopted a Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers, which supplements the Code and sets forth the fundamental principles, policies and procedures governing the conduct of our senior financial officers, particularly in regard to conflicts of interest, financial disclosures and compliance with applicable laws.
